This Privacy Policy describes how Limit Proof Life LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), operating the website michaelnfineman.co (the "Site"), collects, uses, and shares information about you.
The Site is the speaker and author site of Michael N. Fineman, owned and operated through Limit Proof Life LLC. It presents his speaking, his books, and the podcast he hosts with Joe Pellegrino, Dots to Dashes (coming soon). The Site sells nothing.
By using the Site, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

2.1 Information You Provide Directly
- Identity and contact data - your name, email address, phone number, and organization when you email us, call us, or send a speaking inquiry
- Booking inquiry details - what you enter in the booking form on the Site: your name, email address, organization, the event, its date, the audience, and the outcome you want from the talk
- Communications - emails, voicemails, text messages, and direct messages you send us
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device and browser data - IP address, browser type, operating system, and language preferences, recorded in the standard request logs of our host, Cloudflare
- Usage data - pages requested, time of the request, and referring URL
- Location data - approximate geographic location derived from IP address (country, region, city level)
- Cookie and tracking data - see Section 5 for details
2.3 Information from Third Parties
- Social media platforms - when you interact with our content on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube, we may receive engagement data from those platforms
- Referrals - if someone introduces you to us, we may receive your contact information from them

- Send the communications you ask for
- Operate, secure, and improve the Site
- Prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our terms, and protect our legal rights

4.4 With Your Consent
We may share your information with third parties when you expressly consent.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Site serves its fonts, images, and its own video from this domain, and it uses no advertising pixels. The technologies below are the ones that can run on it.
- Strictly necessary - our host, Cloudflare, may set a cookie to protect the Site from automated abuse
- Embedded video - videos from YouTube load in privacy-enhanced mode and only after you press play; once playing, YouTube may set cookies or store information on your device under its own privacy policy
How to control cookies: Manage cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect site functionality. The Site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, but we respect Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required by state law.
6. Your Privacy Rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:
- Access - request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Correct - request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
- Delete - request deletion of your personal information
- Port - request your information in a portable, machine-readable format
- Opt out of marketing - unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time
- Withdraw consent - where processing is based on consent

7. California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)
California residents have additional rights under the CCPA / CPRA: the right to know what categories of personal information we collect, the right to delete, the right to correct, the right to opt out of sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, the right to limit use of sensitive personal information, and the right to non-discrimination.
We do not sell personal information, and the Site does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a request, email [email protected] with "Privacy Request" in the subject line.
8. Other U.S. State Privacy Rights
Residents of Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Utah (UCPA), Texas (TDPSA), Montana, Oregon, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and port personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising and sale of personal data. 9. International Visitors and GDPR
The Site is operated from the United States. If you visit from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States. EEA, UK, and Swiss residents have rights under GDPR including the right to lodge a complaint with a local data protection authority. Cross-border transfers rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses).
10. Children's Privacy

11. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to respond to you, maintain an active working relationship, comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations, and enforce our agreements. Then we securely delete or anonymize it.

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards: encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS), access controls, secure authentication, and regular review of our security practices. No method of transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure.
13. Third-Party Links
The Site links to third-party websites, including YouTube, authoritydrift.com, and impaqtlab.com. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.
14. Marketing Communications
When you contact us or send an inquiry, we use your details to reply. You receive marketing emails about Michael N. Fineman, The Dot Connector Method, The Authority Drift, and related Limit Proof Life LLC offerings only if you agree to them. Unsubscribe any time via the link at the bottom of any marketing email or by emailing [email protected].
15. SMS / Text Messaging
When you provide your mobile phone number to Limit Proof Life LLC (operating as Michael N. Fineman) - by submitting a form, completing a purchase, applying to a cohort, opting in via a keyword, or otherwise providing it to us - you expressly consent to receive recurring transactional and promotional text (SMS) messages from us at the number you provided, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of any purchase.
15.1 Types of Messages You May Receive
- Transactional - order and payment confirmations, shipping notifications, account updates, appointment reminders, course access details, and customer support replies.
- Promotional - new product announcements, event invitations, cohort applications, content drops, and time-sensitive offers from Michael N. Fineman, Keys 2 Communication, The Dot Connector Method, and other Limit Proof Life programs.
15.2 Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us, the programs you have purchased, and the campaigns you have opted into. Typically you will receive no more than 8 messages per month. You may receive a higher cadence during active launches, live events, or while you are actively enrolled in a cohort.
15.3 Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier will be charged to you and are not the responsibility of Limit Proof Life LLC.
15.4 How to Opt Out (STOP)
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages from us at any time. Reply STOP to any message we send you, and we will unsubscribe you from that messaging program. You will receive one final confirmation message after you opt out. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that program. To opt out of all SMS programs, reply STOP ALL or email [email protected] with "STOP SMS" in the subject line.

15.6 Supported Carriers and Delivery
Our SMS programs are available on most major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Virgin Mobile, and others. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's coverage and service.
15.7 How Mobile Information Is Used and Shared
Mobile information (including your phone number, consent status, and message content) collected through SMS will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share mobile information only with service providers that help us operate the SMS program (for example, GoHighLevel, which delivers and stores messages on our behalf, and the wireless carriers that route the messages), and only as necessary to provide the service. We do not sell mobile information.
15.8 Privacy Rights Specific to SMS
Your rights under Section 6 (Your Privacy Rights), Section 7 (California Privacy Rights), and Section 8 (Other U.S. State Privacy Rights) apply equally to mobile information collected through SMS. You may request to access, correct, or delete your SMS data at any time by emailing [email protected].

16. Changes to This Policy
